In parenting matters, Lucia is known for combining understanding, empathy and astute legal judgment to guide clients through sensitive situations with lifelong implications. Her experience spans matters involving young and vulnerable children, allegations of family and domestic violence, international relocation, and the drafting of Binding Child Support Agreements.
Lucia also brings significant experience in commercial and property law, including the purchase and sale of large development properties, commercial leasing, business acquisitions and sales, and general corporate advisory work. This strong commercial background gives her a distinct advantage in resolving complex, cross-border, multi-layered financial matters arising from family law disputes.
Lucia holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, along with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) from the College of Law. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, allowing her to serve a broad and diverse client base directly in their preferred language.
Lucia is regularly interviewed by SBS Mandarin to share her family law expertise with the community, reflecting her commitment to accessible legal education and her standing as a trusted voice within Australia’s Chinese-speaking community.
