Krish is trusted to provide commercial and pragmatic advice to clients concerning their business disputes. He advises suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers on general supply chain disputes and consumer law issues, including misleading and deceptive conduct, consumer guarantees, unfair contract terms, resale price maintenance and general compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.

In addition, Krish has expertise in advising clients in their dealings with state and federal regulators such as ASIC, ACCC, ATO, NSW EPA and Revenue NSW. Krish is regularly sought after by clients seeking advice in relation to compulsory disclosure powers vested in regulators, enforcement action or proceedings brought by regulators, director duties and risk of personal liability of directors.

Krish has assisted clients in large scale property disputes including assisting property developers, advising on potential class action claims against developers, negotiating and managing large retail lease disputes.

Prior to (re)joining to Diamond Conway, Krish worked with a National Mid-Tier Firm.

Krish has a Masters in Commercial Litigation (Best Graduating Student) and an undergraduate degree in Business Accounting.

Outside of his legal practice, Krish enjoys his time with his family and friends.
