Michael Mazzone is a partner in our litigation division focussing on commercial litigation.
Drawing on more than 28 years of industry expertise, and as a partner Michael drives the firm’s strategy and direction particularly in relation to dispute resolution and litigation.
Since joining Diamond Conway in October 2008, Michael has been responsible for growing the firm’s commercial litigation division.
Michael brings with him extensive experience in commercial disputes, intellectual property, information technology, building and construction, property, franchising and trade practices.
Michael has both undergraduate and postgraduate law degrees from the University of NSW where he graduated in 1992. He has a Master of Laws (IT, Media and Communications). Michael is a member of the NSW Society for Computers and the Law.
Prior to joining Diamond Conway in 2008, Michael was a partner at Morgan Lewis Attorneys again practicing in the area of commercial litigation. Michael was employed at Middletons Moore and Bevins from 1993 to 1996 prior to joining Morgan Lewis Attorneys.
Michael is the co-founder of the social music platform Operation Jam and is a keen squash player and administrator.
