Prior to joining Diamond Conway, Monica observed the workings of the criminal judicial system in the role of Paralegal at a criminal law practice for 5 years.  

Since joining Diamond Conway in May 2019, Monica has gained a wealth of experience throughout our many teams including litigation and family law.  

In 2020, Monica completed her double-degree studies at the University of Wollongong in Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Accountancy and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2022.  

Monica joined the Property and Banking & Finance teams in 2020 and has expanded her experience by acting for international and domestic banks, finance institutions, individuals and SMEs to regulated and unregulated private lending, as well as working on retail leasing and conveyancing.  

Fluent in spoken and written Macedonian, Monica considers one of her strengths to be the ability to conceptualize legal principles to clients with little to no knowledge of Australian law.  

Outside of work, Monica spends time with family and friends. An avid nature explorer, she also enjoys music, movies, swimming and hiking with her husky, Khaleesi.
