Being part of the firm’s Commercial, Property, and Banking and Finance teams, Shulin is experienced in commercial and residential property acquisitions and sales and property due diligence. Shulin has extensive experience in commercial and retail leasing, including the preparation and negotiation of leases. Shulin also undertakes a variety of work including preparation of various types of commercial agreements, advising clients on loan and security structures and drafting loan and security documents.  

Shulin values good work ethics and works closely with her clients to provide a tailored service that meets her clients’ needs and expectations. 

Shulin is admitted to practice as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and in addition to being a lawyer, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney. Having grown up in Vanuatu, Shulin in also fluent in both Mandarin and Bislama.
