Susan is part of the teams responsible for estates and property.  

Drawing on more than 20 years of industry expertise, Susan practises in the area of non- contested deceased estates and general conveyancing.  

Since joining Diamond Conway in April 2006, Susan has attained extensive experience in all types of non-contested applications for Probate and Letters of Administration including applications relating to informal documents and lost Wills; applications for limited and special circumstances grants; overseas and interstate applications; and resealing of foreign and interstate grants.  

She has experience in all facets of estate administration including advising executors on the process of administration, realisation of assets, transfer of assets to beneficiaries, Deeds of Release & Indemnity & Deeds of Family Arrangement; general residential and commercial conveyancing including off the plan, company title and retirement village contracts. 

Prior to joining Diamond Conway, Susan practised in the same areas of law as she does in her current role at Diamond Conway. 

Susan is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. She has a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor Arts degree from the University of Auckland New Zealand and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1987.
